Operating nationally with key foundations in Brisbane we are looking for Estimator role to join our team.

You will be responsible for estimating and ensuring that all tenders and projects are accurate and attended to within time and that all project pitches are followed up directly with clients ensuring the highest chance of successful conversion.

You will be provided autonomy and executive support to ensure you have the team and resources to complete your tasks.

Responsibilities;

Review project plans, specifications and site conditions to prepare accurate demolition cost estimates.

Calculate labor, materials, equipment and disposal costs.

Assess and include overheads, profit margins, contingencies and risk factors.

Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns.

Conduct site visits to evaluate structure type, access limitations, environmental hazards and demolition requirements.

Identify potential challenges like asbestos, contaminated materials, or structural instability.

Collaborate with environmental consultants, engineers and clients during site inspections.

To operate and manage a project management system to ensure all projects are quoted for to meet the minimum target.

To develop, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers within our clients and prospective clients.

To regularly communicate with clients to progress and seek updates on quotes, tenders, pricing.

To work with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Source and obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.

Evaluate subcontractor pricing, capabilities and compliance with project requirements.
