The Client:
Our client is a well known Property Developer who specialise in Residential Developments. They are based in a trendy inner city location, convenient to public transport and cafes.
The Role:
As the Client Operations Administrator, you will report into the head of the division.
- Facilitate new building handovers by providing support, coordinating key processes, and attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs), committee meetings, and resident gatherings.
- Prepare and manage caretaking handover documents ahead of the first Annual General Meeting
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Caretaking Agreements to effectively respond to inquiries from Body Corporate committees and residents
- Plan and lead in-person and onsite meetings with Committee Members and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective collaboration
- Proactively manage client expectations, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver insightful guidance to Body Corporate Committees as required
- Oversee and streamline maintenance coordination by effectively communicating tasks, logging reports in MYBOS, and liaising with caretakers and administrative teams to ensure timely updates and resolutions
- Regular reporting and documentation, including preparing quarterly committee reports and an annual report for AGMs
