About the Role: We’re searching for a dynamic hairdresser to take over an established clientele. We are a busy salon and proudly produce quality hairstyling supported by high end products in professional and retail. Applicant will need experience in all facets of hairdressing and open to learn new services and techniques. We are ideally looking for someone with at least 3 years of management experience. However, we are also open to considering candidates with less experience, provided they demonstrate strong leadership potential, initiative, and a passion for the industry.

This role would suit someone who has previously owned and operated their own salon or someone who enjoys the buzz and challenge of a fast-paced salon environment—without the financial responsibilities of ownership.

As we continue to grow, we are now seeking a dedicated Team Leader to help drive our continued success and uphold the prestige our clients know and love.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily operations, overseeing appointment scheduling, client services, and staff coordination.

· Drive client satisfaction by ensuring seamless service and a welcoming atmosphere.

· Lead and motivate the team, ensuring a positive workplace where creativity thrives.

· Monitor stock levels, order products, and ensure the salon is fully equipped

· Take charge of sales targets, reports, promotions, and upselling, ensuring the business runs efficiently and profitably.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated hairdresser who brings both creativity and leadership to the role. Ideally, you will have:

3+ years of management experience in a salon (or strong leadership potential if less experienced)

Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire, support, and grow a creative team

Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

A commitment to exceptional customer service, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and team members

A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry, ideally with an interest in sustainable and eco-friendly practices

Knowledge of Kevin Murphy and Eleven Australia professional and retail ranges is a bonus
