About the Role

We're looking for a qualified full-time Senior Hairdresser who will thrive in the salon environment and want the opportunity to be part of a busy team.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Perform hair cutting, styling, and blow-drying services according to the client's request and current trends.
• Take on a mentoring role, when required, providing guidance and training to junior staff members.
• Delivering high-quality hair services, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the salon, to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Provide expert recommendations for at-home hair care products and styling tools to maintain their look between salon visits.

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous salon experience you'll:

• Be a Qualified Stylist with a minimum of 4 years experience (preferred)
• Have full Australian work rights and be resident in Australia
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Have a friendly outgoing nature and a reliable team player.
• Display excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to meet targets and KPIs.
