We're now searching for a superstar Sales and Office Administrator to join our boutique Bridgeman Downs office and take ownership of front of house operations.
About the Role
In this dynamic and varied role, you’ll be the first face our clients see and the engine room of our sales administration. You’ll provide high-level support to our agents and leadership team and help ensure everything runs smoothly across the office.
Your core duties will include (but not be limited to):
Greeting clients and answering calls with warmth and professionalism
Processing new listings and contracts
Creating marketing materials and pre-listing kits
Managing our in-house recognition and gift programs
Overseeing onboarding and offboarding administration
Managing office supplies, stationery orders, and event logistics
Organising birthdays, team celebrations, and competitions
Tech support, printing, open home booklets, and signage orders
Liaising with trades, service providers, and post office errands
Plus any exciting side projects that come your way
What You’ll Bring
You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a warm and proactive approach to everything you do. You love being organised and are a natural problem-solver who’s always one step ahead.
We're looking for someone who has:
A reliable car and current driver’s license
Strong admin and time management skills
A professional phone manner and corporate presentation
A can-do attitude and calm confidence under pressure
High attention to detail and strong multitasking ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick tech adaptability
A Real Estate Certificate is a bonus, but not essential
