About the Role:
This is a fast-paced, diverse role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for:

Assisting in the preparation of CMAs, contracts, listing documentation, and marketing materials

Coordinating property preparation for sale and liaising with owners, tenants, and suppliers

Managing backend sales processes and administration

Handling buyer enquiries, appointment bookings, and buyer follow-up

Supporting the agent with open homes, inspections, and buyer management

Assisting with database management and prospecting activities

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine desire to succeed and grow within the real estate industry

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Confident, professional communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and work within deadlines

Previous experience in real estate (preferred but not essential)
