Respond to a high volume of inbound phone enquiries

Log and process information with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency

Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer queries

Ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism and care

Work collaboratively within a supportive contact centre team

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, or administrative role

Strong data entry skills and keen attention to detail

Confident and clear verbal communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes

A current National Police Clearance (NPC) is essential
