Adecco is currently recruiting Call Centre Operators to join a thriving and supportive team in Mansfield Park. These are ongoing, casual roles offering 38 hours per week in a 24/7 call centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide high-quality customer service
• Handle enquiries with professionalism and empathy
  
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Your Profile

• Previous customer service or call centre experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
  
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
  
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  
• Full Australian working rights
  

• $33.96 per hour + super
• Full-time hours – 38 hours per week
