Do you have customer service experience within a call center environment? What is most important is providing a high level of customer service and enjoying working in lively, fast-paced environments.

Randstad are partnering with a large Local Government Department and this role will be based within a Northern Council commencing ASAP for 3 months. The role will offer a variety of customer service and administration duties. Must be available ASAP.

• Answering Inbound Calls: Receiving a high volume of calls from members of the community
• Updating and maintaining data bases
• Handling customer data and information with confidentiality
• Cash handling when needed

About You:

• Confident on the phone with exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrated great customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate various systems efficiently.
• Able to commence ASAP.
• Possess a current National Police Check (essential).
