Join Top tier law firm as their Waiter. This is a customer service role with a difference as you will only work Monday to Friday day shift (no weekends), with paid overtime for any evening functions and you'll never work another Christmas Day or NYE again! This role will ideally suit a candidate who has experience in working at high end hotels or restaurants and knows the true meaning of delivering excellence in client service and maintaining ongoing strong customer relationships.

Our clients internal client services team has an exceptional reputation for delivering an exceptional experience delivered by their talented Head Chef and expert FoH team. If you have exceptional customer service and relationship skills, ordering, events delivery we want to talk to you.

Key responsibilities of the role are -
• Liaise with Front of House Supervisor, Client Services Coordinator and Head Chef regarding food and beverage requirements for meetings and functions.
• Provide waiter services for any meetings, functions and events being conducted on premises.
• Monitor functions and services in meeting room booking system, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of services.
• Ensure meeting rooms are cleared, cleaned and restocked promptly at meeting/ and event conclusion.
• Support client and internal staff use of technology and video connectivity facilities in the meeting and multi-purpose rooms.
• Assist Front of House Supervisor in monitoring and ordering consumables and the management plus recording of stock utilisation.
• Provide support and backfill for the Café when required, including operation of POS system and other client services staff when required.
• Assist with occasional kitchen duties and/or supporting after hours events as required.
• Ensure Food Safety plan is adhered to and comply with WHS obligations and responsibilities.
