A family winery located in One Tree Hill in South Australia. The Winery has a busy cellar door and dining area which is open Friday thru to Sunday 11am-5pm. We offer a simple menu of pizzas and platters, with full range of handcrafted wines.

Qualifications & experience

• Some experience in kitchen preferred, however training available on job
• Passionate about hospitality
• Ability to learn & adjust to new environments
• Ability to work under pressure & have great time management skills
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Able to work Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Current drivers licence
• Reliable

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assisting in the following:
• Food preparation
• Monitor load times in pizza oven
• Verify that all ingredients and prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity
• Stock control in kitchen
• Undertake kitchen duties, including cleaning of equipment and preparing service areas
• Other duties including - setup of dining areas, re-stocking cellar door & some general duties around the winery
