This close-knit team offers a supportive work environment and is seeking an enthusiastic Client Liaison Assistant to support the pre-construction team.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Step into a dynamic, client-facing role where no two days are the same. As part of the pre-construction team, you support the décor selection process, coordinate key appointments, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in communication and organisation, and thrives in a well-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate décor, electrical, and other client meetings
Prepare and send relevant documentation and resources prior to meetings
Manage décor tracking sheets and update materials as needed
Upload client images and updates to an internal platform
Maintain clear, organised client files and meeting notes
Prepare handover packs and maintain accurate records
Issue key documentation such as safety notices and commencement letters
Liaise across teams to support a smooth pre-construction process
ABOUT YOU
You are a natural organiser who thrives on structure, customer service, and being part of a close-knit team. You take great initiative, communicate clearly, and bring positive energy to your work.
You will have:
Previous experience in administration or client liaison roles
Excellent communication skills and a care-first mindset
Strong organisation and time management skills
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Competence in MS Office and confidence learning new software systems
A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Full working rights in Australia
