Location: Any Metro (Richmond, Docklands, Essendon, Broadmeadows)
Role Type: Fixed Term, Full-Time until December 2025
Remuneration: Starting from $123,100.72 + super

About The Role:
In your role as our Self-Assurance Lead, you will foster a culture that prioritises reflective practice and ongoing improvement. You will oversee the creation and execution of robust, transparent systems that ensure our processes meet BKI's high standards and align with the ASQA self-assurance model to identify systems and practices that monitor quality and best practice while striving for improved training outcomes.
This role requires strategic collaboration across various hubs and educational frameworks, with the primary goal of establishing effective systems and processes that enable us to assess performance against the revised Standards and gauge satisfaction throughout the entire student journey. The position involves leading a team of Self-Assurance Partners to foster a culture that emphasises shared responsibility for quality across the organisation.
Key responsibility
- Develop and implement a self-assurance framework that aligns with the Australian Skills Quality Authority's (ASQA) new standards.
- Focus on driving service improvement initiatives that aim to enhance educational outcomes.
- Utilise data insights to inform decision-making processes and guide continuous improvement efforts.
- Support internal capability development through training and mentoring programs.
- Foster collaboration across various portfolios to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
We are excited about you because you have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
- Degree in education, auditing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in self or quality assurance, process improvement, or compliance systems
- Strong understanding of the 2025 ASQA standards, state funding contracts and self-assurance principles, and practice guides.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for building systems that empower people and improve outcomes
