🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and passionate Data and AI Consultant Mentors to join our mentor community. In this role, you will mentor professionals and students in the fields of Data Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, and AI Strategy, providing them with the skills, insights, and confidence needed to succeed in the industry.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

Conduct 1-on-1 mentorship sessions and group workshops on data and AI topics.

Offer career guidance, portfolio reviews, project feedback, and interview preparation.

Share real-world consulting knowledge including enterprise-scale data solutions and AI implementation.

Collaborate with our curriculum and program teams to enhance learning experiences.

Inspire and motivate learners with best practices and industry trends.

Review capstone or client-based project work and provide constructive feedback.

✅ Qualifications

7+ years of industry experience in Data Consulting, AI/ML Engineering, Data Strategy, or similar fields.

Proven track record of delivering projects using platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.

Strong grasp of AI/ML frameworks, data pipelines, governance, and business value mapping.

Experience mentoring or training others (formally or informally).

Excellent communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.

Certifications in Azure AI, AWS ML, or equivalent are a strong plus.
