You’re a great site supervisor, in that you are always solutions focused, really organised, great with scheduling and never miss a deadline within your control.

You’re great with the boys on site, able to get them coordinated and working as they should, but you are also great with the clients, you put them at ease and keep them happy.

This role is a Site Supervisor for Empower Construction, we do hebel installation, render & paint (happy to train you in this, if you’ve not done it before).

We need someone who is a big picture thinker, who can handle many sites at once, and who loves solving problems and isn’t scared to get their hands dirty.

The role is exciting in that you will never be bored, there’s a wide range of projects and a really awesome team that works well together.

It’s a really vital role for the company and is not for the faint hearted, you will be juggling a lot all at once, so you can’t be the type to get easily overwhelmed. But, it is very rewarding and you have a great owner & management who will reward and progress you.

This role is on the Central Coast and North, but the head office is in Norwest, with a weekly meeting in house on a Wednesday.

Company car is provided. Hours are Mon-Fri 7-3.30.
