Job Description:

As a Tile Supervisor at TND Tiling, you will take a leadership role in ensuring the flawless execution of tiling projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Supervising and leading a team of skilled tile installers.

Overseeing the planning and execution of tiling projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Assisting in the selection and procurement of materials and tools necessary for each project.

Providing guidance and expertise to ensure the highest quality workmanship.

Collaborating with project managers to coordinate job scheduling and resource allocation.

Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in tile installation, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of various tiling materials, techniques, and tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
