Our Client

Our client is a medication management supply company and is considered a market leader in supplying DAA products to their clients such as community pharmacies, aged care facilities, and hospitals across Australia.

They are currently looking for experienced pick packers preferably with pharmaceutical/medical/food industry experience.

About the Role:

Morning Shift - 6:24am - 2:30pm | $31.23/hr + Super

Afternoon Shift - 2:24pm -10:30pm | $34.98/hr - 39.28/hr + Super

Monday - Friday, minimum 5 days/ week

Occasional Saturdays work

Long-term ongoing role with a view to permanency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Depackaging Role

De-packaging of medication from original packaging and repackaging it into new quantities for production use.

Machine Operator

Operating machinery, involving a lot of walking and working with medication.

Check the computer system for current orders and print client/customer orders from the computer.

Prepare and operate the medicine dispensing machine.

Preparing sachets by rolling and bagging for dispatch.

Inspecting and correcting blisters and sachets as needed.

Regularly check machines to ensure they are running smoothly and make adjustments as needed.

Senior Production Operator

Leading a small group of approximately 5-7 workers across various production areas

Collaborate with the Team Leader and 2IC to identify and implement process improvements and staff rostering.

Provide support to operators in areas such as fault finding, defect analysis, and troubleshooting.

About You:

At least 1-2 years of packing experience in a pharmaceutical/medical/health-related industry or food industry

Must be able to work quickly, efficiently, and with accuracy.

Must have good communication skills and work well with other team members.

Must have good computer skills and be able to read, write, and proficiently speak in English.

Can submit and pass a police check (at your own expense).

Has full working rights and is available to work Mondays to Fridays.

Pass a medical check.
