About the Role:

Morning Shift Monday to Thursday 5 am to 3 pm

Afternoon Shift Monday to Thursday 3 pm to 1 am

You will be working alternately between morning and afternoon shift for every 2 weeks.

Duties/responsibilities:

Operate and oversee one of the pouch-making machines and the production line machinery, following standard procedures and safety rules.

Identify and promptly report any machine problems or product issues to the supervisor immediately.

Support equipment setup and material changeovers by assisting with basic preparation under supervision.

Perform product quality check to verify it meets specifications and keep accurate production records.

Ensure the product flows smoothly without interruption during the entire production process.

Ensuring final product conforms to standards.

Work collaboratively with other operators and team members to meet daily production targets.

Assist with setting up, cleaning, and maintaining the facility.

To be qualified for the position:

Previous experience in packing is preferred, along with knowledge of HACCP principles.

Familiarity with machine operations, conversion processes, pouch making, and working with various substances and multi-layer films is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail is essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Must be able to commit to a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Thursday.

Access to a dependable vehicle for commuting to and from work is necessary.

$35.20/hr + Super for both Morning and Afternoon shift
