THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Tile Labourer, you will support experienced tradespeople with tiling, waterproofing, and screeding tasks across residential and commercial projects. You will play a hands-on role in preparing sites, assisting with installations, and ensuring quality workmanship is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cleaning work areas before and after tiling

Mixing mortar, adhesives, and grout as required

Cutting and shaping tiles under guidance

Assisting with accurate tile layout and placement

Maintaining tools and equipment, reporting issues when needed

Following site safety procedures and maintaining a tidy workspace

Providing general labouring support across the team

ABOUT YOU

You are physically fit, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within the construction industry. You take pride in producing quality work, follow instructions well, and contribute positively to a team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Prior experience in construction or physical labour (preferred)

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Physical capability for lifting, bending, and manual handling

Some knowledge of tiling tools or materials (advantageous)

A safety-first mindset and attention to detail

Valid Driver's Licence and white card
