About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Construction Labourer to join our team at Continental Builders' in Launceston, TAS 7250. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work according to your availability and commitments.

What you'll be doing

Assisting skilled tradespeople with general labouring tasks on construction sites

Preparing and cleaning work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Loading, unloading and moving materials, tools and equipment as required

Performing basic construction activities such as digging, shovelling, and other manual work

Complying with all safety regulations and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Supporting the overall construction process and contributing to project timelines

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Construction Labourer or in a similar manual labour role

Australian Drivers Licence is a MUST

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous physical work

Commitment to workplace safety and a demonstrated understanding of safety procedures

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

Basic construction skills and the willingness to learn on the job
