As a key member of the Business Systems team, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and developing the organisation's online services infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft 365 and PowerApps.

Description

* M365 and PowerApps Administration: Manage and maintain our M365 and PowerApps environments, including user accounts, licenses, and configurations.

* Online Form Development: Create and maintain user-friendly online forms using PowerApps, or other relevant tools, ensuring they meet business requirements.

* Power Platform Development: Develop new business-driven applications using the Power Platform suite to improve efficiency and productivity.

* Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for online services, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of online services, implementing best practices and new technologies.

* Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure that online services align with business objectives and meet project deadlines.

Profile

* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in M365, PowerApps (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and ideally experience with other online service platforms or technologies.

* Experience as a developer or analyst supporting design and development of information systems and applications.

* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* A customer-focused approach.

* Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
