GenAI Developer

Initial 6 months contract
Experience with GenAI frameworks e.g. LangChain, LangGraph etc
Expertise in platforms like AWS, Azure, or tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

About:
We are seeking a skilled GenAI Developer to join our client’s onshore team for a 6-month contract, working on innovative solutions using Generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy GenAI models using LLMs, VLMs, and embedding techniques.
• Prepare and preprocess datasets to ensure quality and usability for model training.
• Evaluate model performance and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams, clearly communicating technical updates.
• Build and maintain Python-based applications to support GenAI workflows.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, or alternatives).
• Strong proficiency in Python application development.
• Solid understanding of RAG, Guardrails, and Agentic AI design patterns.
• Ability to work with and optimize large datasets for AI model consumption.
• Familiarity with model evaluation techniques and performance tuning.

Desired Skills:
Experience with MLOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
