We are looking for experienced Machine Operators who has flow wrap, case packer and VFFS experience to join our client in Clayton South.

Day Shift timing 7:45am to 4:00PM - $32.25 per hour

Afternoon Shift 3:45pm to 12:00AM - $37.08 per hour

Based on your performance, there would be opportunities for these roles to become permanent.

The role responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
• Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
• Perform machine set ups changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing
• Maintain quality of products associated documentation according to specifications
• Communicate with support departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material handlers escalate in case of deviations and issues.

The successful candidate will require;

• A minimum 6mths experience working as a Machine Operator in food sites.
• Experience with Flowwrapper, lead cartoner and propac
• Familiar with HACCP
• Can read and write English to be able to complete quality checks and forms.
• Computer literate
• Team player and good communication skills
• Fast learner and open to change and try new approaches
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Working along the production Plan and equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Must have full working rights.
