This pivotal role demands deep expertise across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE). While a strong understanding of the Power Platform is highly valued, your core strength and experience should lie within Dynamics 365. You'll also be instrumental in ensuring the quality assurance of our solutions.

What You'll Do:

As our Dynamics 365 Consultant/Solution Designer, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the end-to-end architecture and design of D365 solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Engaging directly with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into robust functional and technical solution designs.
• Defining solution blueprints, integration architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
• Overseeing the configuration, customization, and extension of D365 modules, particularly across Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Leading technical design reviews, enforcing best practices, and ensuring compliance with Microsoft standards and security protocols.
• Providing expert architectural guidance across D365, Azure Integration Services, and DataVerse.
• Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery on time and within budget.
• Staying ahead of Microsoft product updates and proactively assessing their value to our organisation.
• Supporting project delivery through all phases: discovery, design, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Mentoring technical and functional teams, fostering continuous learning, and encouraging the adoption of emerging technologies.

What You'll Bring:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Significant experience in enterprise application architecture / solution design, within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement.
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale solution design, integrations, and cloud architecture (Azure).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, API management, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Experience in designing data models, business process flows, and user experiences that drive user adoption.
• Familiarity with DevOps for D365, including automated deployments and environment management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to demonstrate current product knowledge and the evolution of Microsoft products, including Azure Foundry Services and Microsoft CoPilot Studio.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert certification.
• Experience with industry-specific D365 implementations (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing).
• Ideally experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Background in software development or systems engineering.
