About the Role

[New Asset Commencing 16th June 2025] $75,000 - $80,000 plus Superannuation

As a Concierge, you'll be more than just a presence—you'll be the first impression, the building ambassador, and calm in the storm.

Work 5 days per week
- Suit someone wanting Full Time
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and residents
- Monitor CCTV, building systems, and create lasting experiences
- Assist in showing tenants through Residential Rooms and Recreational Area
- Be ready to provide emergency concierge support when needed to other Residential Assets

- Working Times 1000h - 1800h Monday - Friday

What We’re Looking For

First Aid and CPR certification
Experience in concierge in likeminded 5 star hotel
Immaculate presentation and a customer-first mindset
Fit, focused, and cool under pressure
Strong communication and attention to detail—because the small things are the big things
