About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our dynamic team in Dandenong. In this full-time position, you'll play a key role in fabricating and repairing a variety of industrial components, with a focus on differential assemblies and related equipment.

What You'll Be Doing

Fabricate, modify, and repair metal components and differential structures using MIG

Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions with precision

Operate various welding equipment safely and effectively

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

Work closely with other team members to meet production targets and quality standards

Stay current with best practices and continually improve your welding techniques

What We're Looking For

Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or similar qualification

Proven experience in welding (industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment preferred)

Strong proficiency in MIG

Ability to read and understand detailed technical drawings

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship

Team player with solid communication skills

Valid driver’s licence
