What You'll Need to Join Us!

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support, or be a nursing student who has completed at least one clinical placement
• Valid National Police Clearance (Employment Purposes)
• Working With Children Check (Employer Card)
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (mandatory for aged care shifts)
• 2024/2025 Flu Vaccination
• Minimum of 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccine (preferred)
• Full Australian working rights
• Minimum 6 months experience in a PCA or similar role
• Access to your own vehicle
• Flexibility to accept short-notice shifts (most shifts are ASAP starts)
