Employment Term: Fixed Term, Full Time
Location: Cape York Family Centre. Cooktown
Remuneration: $43.03 - $54.46 (Dependant on experience) + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Cape York Family Centre provides residential culturally appropriate healing services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families of Cape York in Far North Queensland.

As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
General nursing experience, post-registration
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
