You are an experienced and driven speech pathology leader, ready to take on a senior role in shaping the future of Allied Health services. With a strong clinical foundation and a strategic mindset, you bring a deep commitment to evidence-based practice, innovation, and quality service delivery.
Qualified professional with eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia and extensive clinical leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, drive performance, and implement change in dynamic health care settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in strategic planning, report writing, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Well-rounded knowledge of workforce development, healthcare policy, safety legislation, and funding models relevant to the public health sector.
