About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Senior Speech Pathologist to help us build and lead our speech pathology team in Adelaide, you’ll get to:

Conduct thorough speech and language assessments

Develop and deliver evidence-based intervention plans

Provide mentorship and support to new graduate speech pathologists

Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation

Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Contribute to the growth and expansion of our speech pathology services in Adelaide

You’ll be working with a diverse group of clients, including children, teenagers, young adults, and adults, across home, school, and community settings. You’ll have the chance to work autonomously while collaborating closely with our established national speech pathology team, so you’re never alone in your journey.

About You:

We want someone who is not just a skilled professional, but someone who’s passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. Here’s what you’ll need:

Bachelor/Master of Speech Pathology, recognised by Speech Pathology Australia

Australian citizen

A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

The ability to work independently and be a strong team player

Experience with mentoring or a willingness to support new graduates

A valid driver’s license and willingness to use your personal vehicle for travel

Required clearances: DHS Working with Children, Childwise Child Safety Training, Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect, NDIS Workers Check, and National Police Clearance
