Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Supervise and support staff to maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.

Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control to minimise waste and ensure product availability.

Manage staff scheduling and ensure optimal staffing levels during peak times.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

Assist in the training and development of team members to ensure consistent service delivery.

Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and assist in implementing strategies to achieve targets.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.

Basic understanding of financial principles and inventory management.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
