About the Role
We are seeking a qualified repair technician to join a well-established team in one of Australia's best known commercial washing facilities. Working on day/afternoon shift across one of 3 start times (4am - 12am), you will be servicing and maintaining a host of conveyors, machines, pumps and presses. This permanent job opportunity working across both Day and Afternoon shift, will provide applicants with excellent earning potential and further overtime opportunities.

Duties - may vary from time to time but can include

• Ongoing preventative maintenance and overhauls of equipment
• Repairs and maintenance on production machinery
• Hydraulic and Pneumatic overhauls
• Fault finding and breakdown repairs
• Following work instructions in conjunction with SWMS and SOP's
• Preventative maintenance in conjunction with Continuous improvement activities
• Input and upkeep of a Mechanical Maintenance Program

What we need from you

• Working rights in Australia
• Australian Certified qualifications - Mechanical Fitting/Turning/Maintance Fitter/Boilermaking
• Flexible approach with a high attention to detail
• Previous experience in manufacturing environments
• A curios mind with a want to learn
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work as part of a team
• Be physically fit to handle and repetitively lift 20 KG
