The Opportunity

If you’re a Senior Environmental Scientist or Planner ready to step into that next level, this is for you.

This role sits within the Infrastructure Advisory team and supports the delivery of Coordinated Projects (SDPWO Act), EPBC referrals and major environmental approvals across a wide mix of sectors:

Renewables (Wind, Solar, BESS)

Power and Energy Infrastructure (transmission lines, substations)

Gas Pipelines

Major Residential Developments

Transport & TMR-led projects

What You'll Actually Do

You won’t be buried in writing here. The juniors are strong writers and carry that load. This role comes in to help the Principal steer the ship - shaping the narrative of major reports, providing strategic oversight, and be a key interface with regulatory bodies.

You’ll:

Help guide the direction and structure of environmental approvals and impact assessments

Be a central contributor to report content without doing the heavy writing

Mentor juniors and support the broader project delivery team

Play a client-facing, regulatory liaison role

This isn’t just a delivery job, it’s about influence, insight, and growth.

For someone interested in further developing their career - they will lay out a clear pathway to follow to become a Principal within a 1-2 year period depending on the experience you're coming on board with.
