About the role

We are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant with extensive knowledge of pharmacy operations.

The successful candidate will be friendly, polite, and professional. You must thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment, be proactive and self-managed, work well within a team, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

· Work with other team members to maintain the store to an excellent standard.

· Providing outstanding customer service and building rapport with customers.

· Assisting with stock control and merchandising.

· Operating cash registers.

· Processing prescriptions.

· Handling phone inquiries.

Required skills & experience

· S2/S3 Certificate.

· At least ONE year of experience in community pharmacy.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Strong ability to build rapport with customers.

· Social media platform management experience.

· Previous experience working toward sales targets.
