You’ll play a pivotal role supporting and progressing Workers' Comp and MVA matters. With a clear structure in place and excellent systems to back you, you’ll be able to focus on what you do best - providing top-tier legal support and exceptional service to clients who truly need it.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Running or assisting across a high-volume file load, managing priorities accordingly
• Drafting legal correspondence and preparing court documents
• Liaising with clients, external stakeholders, insurers, Doctors, and Counsel as required
• Conducting legal research and reviewing medical evidence
• Working collaboratively with a committed team throughout all stages of the claims process

What do I need?
You’ll have experience in Plaintiff Workers' Compensation matters - that part is non-negotiable. Whether you’re a skilled Paralegal or an admitted Lawyer, what matters most is your drive to deliver for your clients, your proactive mindset, and your ability to handle files with independence and confidence.
