The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our passionate team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll lead on-site operations and work closely with a dedicated Contracts Administrator and a Leading Hand.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

· Implementation and compliance with QSE standards

· Site establishment and ongoing management

· Program delivery and timeline adherence

· Coordination of design and construction phases

· Management of subcontractors and suppliers

· Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

What You’ll Bring

· Minimum of 2 years’ local experience as a Site Foreman ideally working on fit-out projects

· Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings

· A clear understanding of construction phases and workflows

· A proactive, relationship-driven approach to project delivery
