A boutique, design-led landscape studio is seeking a technically confident Senior Landscape Architect to join their small, highly collaborative Melbourne team. With a focus on private residential projects of exceptional quality and value, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with high net-worth clients and help shape some of Victoria’s most beautiful gardens. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a clear pathway for growth and the potential for hybrid flexibility after probation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of bespoke private residential gardens from concept through to completion

Collaborate closely with internal team members, including mentoring a mid-level peer

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional outcomes

Apply a strong horticultural lens to planting design and documentation

Produce accurate technical drawings, visualisations and presentations using a range of software

Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture or similar

Approx. 6–8 years of post-graduate experience, ideally in high-end residential

Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to confidently lead projects

Strong understanding of Australian horticulture and planting design

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop and InDesign
