About the Role
We are seeking a Qualified Electrician to join our tight-knit team. You’ll be working on a mix of high-end domestic and small commercial projects, including new installations of split systems, ducted air conditioning systems, and general power and lighting.

This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to run jobs, supervise apprentices, and work closely with clients and builders. A company vehicle will be provided following a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and run electrical and air conditioning installation jobs

Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and team members

Supervise and mentor apprentices on site

Complete high-quality installations with minimal supervision

Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards and regulations

What We’re Looking For
Fully qualified A-Grade Electrician (VIC licence)
Experience with air conditioning installations (split/ducted systems ideal)
White Card and own basic tools
Ability to read and interpret plans and job scopes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Current driver’s licence (own vehicle until company vehicle is supplied) Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team
Self-motivated and reliable
