At React, we service a wide range of clients across various sectors including government, public health, schools, childcare centres, and both residential and commercial properties. No two days are the same – you'll tackle exciting projects and diverse challenges while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The Role:

Complete a variety of domestic and commercial jobs, including general electrical work, installation of split air-conditioning systems, aerial installation, phone and data installation, lighting checks and repairs, and duration tests

Work both autonomously and as part of a team across various sites throughout Melbourne

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently

Ensure top-quality service and maintain excellent customer relations

Key Requirements Include, but are not limited to:

Current manual driver’s licence

A strong level of electrical service/repair/fault finding experience

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Professional, clean, and tidy approach to work

Excellent communication skills and customer service ability

Good time management skills

Ability to use job management software effectively

Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude

Willingness to work overtime if required to complete a task

Willingness to be on a rotating on-call roster

Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Refrigerant handling licence to install split systems is highly regarded, but not essential

Any additional qualifications or multi-trade experience will be an advantage
