About the Role

We’re currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our road crew in a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position.

You’ll work across a variety of sites and national contracts, servicing both metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

You will have the added responsibility of being on-call as part of a rotating roster. You’ll need to be flexible and ready to jump in when needed, ensuring we keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Install and wire lighting, intercoms, and other electrical systems to a high standard

Troubleshoot and fix electrical and communication faults efficiently

Inspect systems and components to identify hazards or defects and ensure everything’s up to code

Deliver top-notch customer service – professional, prompt, and respectful

Take ownership of assigned jobs and see them through to completion

Keep clients updated on progress to ensure satisfaction and trust

Support Managers and Directors as needed – we’re a team, and we back each other

What You’ll Bring

Qualified A Grade Licence - Electrician

3–5 years of hands-on experience as a qualified electrician

Maintenance and commercial experience desirable

White Card and valid Driver’s License to be able to travel to various sites

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate: $45-50
