SMHD are on the lookout for experienced HD mechanics for various civil and mining contracts throughout western Australia

rosters 2:2

up to $90P/h based on experience, personal company vehicle supplied

About the role:

Diagnose, overhaul, repair and maintain Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi and Liebherr mining and civil equipment.

Completing required safety duties such as job inspections, task planning, JHAs, take 5s, and others as required.

What we are looking for:

Experience on Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr and Hitachi Equipment.

Previous experience in the mining industry in a similar role.

Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.

Exposure to ET and SIS

Able to work autonomously without supervision, as well as in a team environment.

Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical.

Valid C Class Manual Drivers Licence minimum

Current National Police Clearance or willing to obtain (within the last 12 months).

Desirable but not essential:

High Risk Work License - LF, WP, DG, RB, CN

Aircon ticket and current Refrigerant Handling License

Current valid HR License
