About the role
This role is required to work approximately 38 hours a week. Main duties include assisting with daily services, preparation and cook of ingredients, maintaining par levels and assisting head chef with managing kitchen staff. Working hours will be 5 days a week on a rotating roster. Weekend availability is a must.

Skills and experience
Able to work under pressure in a challenging and fast-paced environment
A team player that supports other team members
A passion and commitment to delivering high quality food
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in Asian fusion cuisines
Menu / recipe development, budgeting and implementation
Hands-on management approach
Able to train and manage junior kitchen staff
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Knowledge of HACCP
