Peregian Beach College is a non-religious, co-educational, independent school that caters for students from the Preparatory Years to Year 12. The Role:

Seeking applications for Canteen Assistant at small community-minded P-12 school.

Casual Position with potential for Part-Time

up to 5 days per week during school term, flexible working hours during term break (as needed)

Selection Criteria:

Current Paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

Previous experience in a similar role highly desirable (e.g. canteen, hospitality, food service)

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (Food Handling/Safety Certificate ideal)

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and parents

Experience with My School Connect or other similar school canteen systems advantageous
