Join a family-run earthmoving, seed grading and farming company 118km west of Dubbo for a hands-on role with

real impact. This role is also ideal for a couple, with flexible work available for a partner in a supportive role.

About the Role:

We’re seeking someone self-motivated and reliable for a machinery operator position to assist with:

• Dam cleaning and construction

• Regrowth control

• Clearing fence lines

• Rural earthworks

• Operating excavator, loader and dozer (depending on experience)

• Opportunity for farm-related and shed work during wet times

• Must have good work ethic and take pride in your work.

No experience? No worries.

If you’re practical, reliable, and eager to learn, we’re happy to teach you how to operate machinery safely.

We value a great attitude and willingness to learn and work just as much as experience.

Optional Work for a Partner (if applying as a couple):

• Yard maintenance or general farm help

• Light house cleaning

• Occasional cooking and childminding

• Run-around work: picking up parts, errands in town

• Logistics and light machinery operation if experienced

• Flexible hours, casual pay available

This is a great fit for a capable couple, or someone eager to get involved in hands-on, day-to-day farm and

earthmoving operations.
