The Role

You'll be the driving force on-site, responsible for the day-to-day management of large-scale projects. From structures to services, finishes to handover, you’ll ensure quality and safety standards are upheld every step of the way.

What you'll be doing

• Manage day to day site operations on large Health & Education projects ($30M–$75M)
• Oversee trades, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and QA processes
• Coordinate with Project Manager and key stakeholders
• Maintain program schedules and drive progress

What you need

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager on projects between $20M–$50M
• Strong background with experience working in live Health or Education environments
• Trade qualification or tertiary studies in Building/Construction
• Exceptional site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes safely and on time
