The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a commercial project valued between $30M–$40M. They have work on the north shore however as a rule work all over Sydney Metro. You'll lead a collaborative site team and oversee all site-based activity, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site operations to meet programme and budget targets
- Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards across all trades
- Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, manage site documentation and reporting
- Mentor junior team members and foster a strong team culture

What You’ll Need
- Trade background or building qualification (preferred)
- Proven experience independently delivering multiple commercial projects over $20M
- Strong planning, buildability, and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to foster client relationships and lead cohesive teams
- High attention to detail, especially with safety, systems, and programme
- Solid understanding of budget control, site preliminaries, and variations
- Competent with digital site tools and electronic systems
- Experience in live or occupied environments (healthcare, education, aged care)
