The Opportunities

We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller who doesn't just manage the books—you'll be the financial architect helping drive business performance and strategic decision-making. This is your opportunity to lead a comprehensive finance function while partnering with a dynamic, results-focused team that values insight, innovation, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management reports, half-year and annual performance presentations, and coordinate year-end audit processes

Lead preparation of rolling 3-year budgets and 12-month cash flow forecasts

Analyse financial data to provide performance insights and strategic recommendations for future growth

Oversee offshore accounting and administration functions, customer billing, and reconciliations

Manage payroll administration, tax compliance, and year-end tax processes

Lead SOC2 and ISO audits, oversee compliance activities, and participate in Governance Committee

Manage and develop offshore finance, risk, compliance, and administration teams

Maintain robust governance environment and ensure policy compliance

Coordinate foreign exchange hedging arrangements and treasury functions

Partner with leadership to drive business performance and strategic initiatives

Requirements

MBA/Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

CA/CPA qualification

Minimum 5 years proven experience in similar role

Excellent communication, written and reporting skills

Strong leadership, planning and project management
