HVAC Account Manager - Tier One Client Portfolio

We've just partnered with one of Australia's leading HVAC contractors who are on the hunt for an experienced Account Manager to take the reins of a high-profile, Tier 1 client based in the Sydney CBD.

This is a technical leadership role - you'll be the key point of contact for both the client and the technicians on the ground, so we're looking for someone who's come up through the tools and knows their stuff when it comes to HVAC, mechanical, and BMS systems.

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing the delivery of planned and reactive service/maintenance across multiple CBD sites
• Leading and mentoring a team of experienced HVAC and BMS technicians
• Acting as the technical point of escalation - answering queries and solving problems with confidence
• Ensuring contract performance, reporting, and KPIs are always on track
• Building and maintaining a strong, professional relationship with a key Tier 1 client

✅ What You'll Need:

• HVAC trade background necessary - equipped with Arctick License
• Previous experience in a similar role managing commercial HVAC service contracts
• Strong leadership skills - ability to delegate, manage people, and expectations
• Professional communication - you'll be client-facing and team-facing daily
• Exposure to specialist HVAC and BMS systems (nice to have, but not essential)
