We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing property management team on a Full-time basis.

Tasks you will be responsible for include:

Manage and maintain a portfolio of approx 100 properties, end to end.

Oversee Tenancy Management

Completing Final Bond Inspections

Ensure Compliance and best practice - Stay updated on relevant property management laws and regulations in WA

Assisting tenants and owners with property maintenance

The perfect applicant will have:

Minimum 2 years previous experience within the property management industry

Knowledge/experience with Property Tree or similar

Strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork

Reliable and honest, with a proactive, flexible approach to work

Impeccable personal presentation

High attention to detail

Valid Drivers' License

Reliable Car

A current PM Registration and up to date CPD points
