Procurement & Estimating Manager | Residential Construction

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Procurement & Estimating Manager to join a growing residential builder delivering quality house and land packages across South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Estimating & Procurement team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Manage supplier and trade agreements, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality, and reliability
• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates across both tenders and production budgets
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline procurement and estimating functions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, contracts, and pricing frameworks
• Collaborate with construction, drafting, and sales departments to ensure alignment across project delivery
